About Me

A Hi Tech executive turned stay at home mom who discovered the fun of baking because of a great birthday gift! Also helps that I love desserts.......

The cakes I make are from scratch with no more than 5-10 ingredients ( so no methyl cellulose, carboxy whatever, Sodium meta Bi something etc.). Some of these ingredients like butter, pure vanilla, organic flour etc. are expensive but produce the best results. Most of the decorations in the cakes are made from scratch and guarantee unique cakes every time.
